Research Objective
Develop a high-sensitivity aptasensor for early diagnosis of breast cancer through detection of EpCAM proteins and exosomes.
Methodology
Systematically optimized critical parameters including:
- Volume of Carboxylic MXene
- Concentration of the Aptamer
- Duration of Aptamer incubation and reaction
Results
The aptasensor demonstrated:
- Large detection range
- Low limit of detection
- Enhanced sensitivity for EpCAM protein and exosome detection

Clinical Pharmacist specializing in pharmacy practice and health services research. Currently serving as a Clinical Trial Quality Assurance Officer at Affiliated Women’s Hospital of Jiangnan University (Jiangnan University Affiliated Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital), and Committee Member & Executive Secretary of the Pharmaceutical Policy Professional Committee, Wuxi Pharmacists Association.
My research focuses on pharmacist competency development, drug information visualization, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care. I led the “Drug Package Insert Reform & Visualization Project” (2020–2025), which developed over 150 visualized medication instruction videos benefiting 850,000+ patients. This work contributed to the establishment of the first batch of Jiangsu Pharmaceutical Association “Pharmacy Science Popularization Base” in April 2024.
