One Drug One QR Code: Visualized Drug Package Insert Reform

This case presentation showcased the innovative approach of the Anxin Pharmacist team at Affiliated Women’s Hospital of Jiangnan University in addressing the challenges of traditional drug package inserts. By developing visualized medication instruction videos accessible via QR codes on prescription slips, the project achieved full-process pharmaceutical service support (before, during, and after medication), benefiting over 850,000 patients with 100% satisfaction rate.
